Size Does Matter
This just in (ToI). In the global scheme of things desi version of "juniors" simply don't scale up. And it seems Indian men are way behind global bench marks. The global "dick-ex" (from sensex... duhh) is hovering around 18 cm.

And 5cm in width....That’s elephantine!!!
And which market segment were the companies trying to address - The self service cucumber segment!!
Surely the companies realize their folly now. After all, these XXX sizes, the article further avers, have resulted in wardrobe malfunction on many a occasion. No wonder we’re a billion.
Surely women you do realize that if your fantasies were horses these condoms would fly, alas this is the real world and..and….THIS one size really doesn’t fit all!!

Unsane: I think quoting India's exponentially growing population is argument suicide, really :). No one is doubting the fact that the wing-wang's little lachies are reaching their desired destination. I wasn't in any way implying that pregnancies are going to be imperiled. My alarm is directed more towards satisfaction and pleasure related pee-rob-lums. Indian women may be getting pregnant, but are they having orgasms? Hmmm I dunno maybe yes maybe no maybe it's something to do with size :).
As for statistical outliers, perhaps we should conduct the regression with and without the outliers and see whether the sigma deviations are constant and if so then we can conclude that the data for Indian men that we are analysing is homoskedastic. [I'm not as good at stat-speak as you are.]
