Maya (Maim)Sab, Sab Maya Hai!!

TV's galore with Maya's victory. Yep that ugly duckling is the face of the hindi heartland. And by Jove will she run amok with her majority out there. An unstopable road roller of choas and vendetta. That was so funnily cruel - "Mare hue ko kya maarna" (mulayam ..rip!!!)

But Wowsiee what a victory. Its a general romping home.

Amidst all the media hoopla of bahuballi's, the amar singhs, the bahu-beti spat in Aligarh (jaya vs sonia) it was a the one party that really never made to the media hype. The general did her homework well, she played her cards right, got the right mix of guns and ammo and boy she scored.

Its a shame that the media which is so prides for vivisection of every aspect of socio-cultural-politico aspects of our society, the police of all police - The meta police who dare to even police the self styled fascist moral and cultural pundits of our society, did not really slice and dice the one big story of this Maya Jaal. Maay her self during the planning of this campaign.

Being in the job that I am, I can really appreciate the way she stomped in style. The satisfaction she would have felt (however deplorable it might be) of having taken the necessary steps in those pre poll months, the unconventional steps of romping in the upper casts with the manu smaj, when she would have been warned, even though meekly and obsequiously -"behnji kya aap sahi kar rahi hai". The agonizing sleepless days as she would have gone about planning, approving her plans in her lair, hoping for her stratagem to succeed, of mixing, matching the two seemingly apposite casts.

As a general once said (was it clauswitz...i cant say) if you get the general strategy right, tactical failures don’t matter much. Byjove did she get it right.

This is a perfect case study of getting your general strategy right. Forget Laloo's railways, this is the case study that should be taught at the iim's of the world. All else being equal - the filth, the muscle power, the money power, the bahuballi's the one strategy of getting her social engineering right and executing it.
